Ingredients
- 1 cup hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 tbsp mixed vegetables
- ¼ cup sliced almonds
- ½ cup chicken broth
- Seasonings as desired
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Boil vegetables in broth
- While boiling, melt butter in pan
- When butter is melted, add sliced almonds and mixed vegetables
- Add hemp seeds, chicken broth, seasonings, salt, and pepper to taste, and mix
- Turn heat down and let the hemp seeds et al absorb the liquid, then serve
